All the staff we encountered were lovely and engaging, but I do have to mention 3 in particular that stood out:Caroline at reception & the breakfast room was so friendly and efficient, lovely to engage with.Andy the duty manager was so attentive & also friendly, everything was managed very well and ran so smoothly.Shane in the bar that made us the cocktails was great craic and so informative about the hotel, speaking highly about it and his colleagues - the cocktails were lovely (we only intended on having one but stayed for a few!
